To cancel your booking, send us an email. Refunds will start processing once we get your email and typically take about two weeks.
For cash payments, refunds will be made by check or bank transfer. If you booked online, refunds might take up to 45 working days. Credit/debit card refunds will only be issued for card bookings and also take up to 45 working days.
Cancellations made via credit/debit card or PayPal will incur a 5%-13% fee.
Cancellation Charges:
- 90% refund if you cancel 15 days before travel
- 50% refund if you cancel 7 days before travel
- No refund if you cancel within 6 days of travel
Special Cases:
- If there’s a strike, you can reschedule or get a full refund.
- In case of natural disasters, you can reschedule or get a refund of up to 90%.
- If someone in your group tests positive for COVID-19, you can reschedule or cancel with proof and a 10% deduction.
- If there’s a technical issue with the houseboat, we’ll arrange an alternative or refund your advance payment.
You can amend your reservation up to 10 days before check-in, but no changes can be made within 6 days of check-in. Amendments depend on availability.
No refunds or amendments are allowed during Navaratri, Diwali, or from December 20th to January 10th.
